Sharae Long

Sharae Long, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of People at Class since August 2021, where key responsibilities include maintaining employee relations, cultivating an inclusive organizational culture, and leading recruitment and onboarding strategies. Sharae has also initiated the "Culture Club" to enhance wellness and diversity within the workplace. Prior experience includes roles such as a Human Resources Consultant for OTHSolutions, Senior Consultant with The Roman Group, Regional Human Resources Manager at Aramark, and Human Resources Manager at Curative Inc. Sharae holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
