David Townsend

David Townsend has over 25 years of work experience in the sales, catering, and culinary industries. David began their career in 1993 as Head Chef at Michels Café Francais. In 1995, they moved to Sutcliffe Catering as Head Chef. In 1998, they became Catering Manager at Baxter & Platts. In 2003, they joined Highbury Media as Sales Director, and later became Advertising Sales Manager, where they were responsible for achieving annual sales targets of over R7.2 million. David also managed a team of six sales executives. In 2019, they began working at Classlist as Business Development Manager and Advertising Sales Manager.

David Townsend attended Gosford Hill School in Kidlington, Oxford in 1990.
