John Barreiros

John Barreiros has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. John is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Classy since 2022. Previously, they worked at Datto, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Staff Software Engineer from April 2021 to November 2022, Senior Software Engineer from January 2019 to April 2021, and Software Engineer from December 2013 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at PeopleStrategy as a Senior Web Developer from May 2010 to November 2013. Their responsibilities included developing new features and components, bug fixing, server/database maintenance, and building an extensible form builder. John also gained experience as a Front-End Web Developer at Adaptive Marketing, LLC from February 2008 to June 2010, where they focused on coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, introduced the Drupal CMS, and built WordPress blogs. In their early career, they worked as a Web Developer at GLAD WORKS from August 2005 to February 2008 and at Stasmayer, Inc. from September 2003 to December 2005, where they utilized various programming languages and technologies to design and program client websites.

From 2000 to 2004, John Barreiros attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
