Mayato Hattori is an experienced product support and customer onboarding professional with a strong background in SaaS solutions and customer success. Currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Clay since August 2025, Mayato previously held multiple roles at HubSpot from July 2022 to August 2025, earning recognition as a top performer in the APAC region. Prior experience includes New Business Development and Project Management at codeTakt Inc., where Mayato implemented systematic project management methods and developed customer success programs. As Co-Founder and CEO of Kolabo, a B2B SaaS startup, Mayato led a team to successfully launch a project management app in Indonesia. Mayato's career also features roles in community management at OmiseGO and various internships at notable organizations such as Deloitte and CIC.
