Eric Steinman is a seasoned quality and account manager with extensive experience in the graphics and industries sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at CL&D Graphics since January 2008, Eric specializes in overseeing root cause investigations for product rejections and complaints, managing quality assurance systems, and collaborating on various quality programs. Previously, in the role of Account Manager for National Accounts, Eric managed customer accounts, facilitated new product development, and improved sales strategies. Eric's career began at Bisco Industries, where development of new accounts and customer service highlighted key sales representative skills. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
