Mike Hokanson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering services and operations, currently serving as CEO of CL&D Graphics since June 2015. In this role, Mike leads growth strategies for both CL&D Graphics and CL&D Digital within the consumer packaging industry. Prior to this, Mike held various leadership positions at Brady Corporation from 2006 to 2015, including Vice President of Engineering Services, where responsibilities encompassed supporting growth initiatives and enhancing service quality. Earlier career roles at Weyerhaeuser involved significant operational management and turnaround efforts, while initial experiences at UOP included refinery analysis and technical advisory. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
