Boone Wilson

Boone Wilson is a seasoned professional in product development and scientific research with a focus on molecular genetics. Currently serving as a Senior Product Development Manager and Consultant at Clean Crop Technologies, Inc. since November 2024, Boone previously held various positions including Senior Scientist, Scientist II, Process Engineer, and Associate Field Scientist at Apeel from September 2019 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Vermont between September 2016 and July 2019, where research centered on F-box mediated protein degradation in Arabidopsis thaliana and involved plant transformations and protein analyses. Boone started as an Apprentice Woodworker at Sterling Hardwoods from 2014 to September 2016. Boone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Vermont, completed in 2019.
