Founded by Terri Mickelsen in 2017, Clean Energy Credit Union is a financial institution focused solely on providing customized loans that reduce the cost of clean energy products and services for individuals who seek to make a positive impact on this world.

As a not-for-profit, tax-exempt cooperative, we are democratically owned and controlled by our members on a one-vote-per-member basis.  We serve our mission and our members rather than stockholders. Headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, the Clean Energy Credit Union serves our members through an online platform only, passing savings along to members in the form of better loan rates. 

Our team is passionate about promoting clean energy in order to protect our environment and to improve our economy.
