Neil S. possesses extensive experience in finance and capital markets, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance at CleanArc Data Centers. Previously, Neil held key positions such as Senior Director of Capital Markets at Ygrene Energy Fund, Vice President of Capital Markets at a Private Real Estate Family Office, and Vice President of Finance & Capital Markets and Vice President of Finance at Landmark Dividend LLC. Neil began the career in investment banking as Vice President at Marina Capital Group. Academically, Neil earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation, Investments and Securities from the USC Marshall School of Business and the University of Southern California, respectively, between 2010 and 2012.
