Charles Chaaya is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in developing ICT strategies and IT roadmaps across various companies. Currently serving at CleanCo Queensland since October 2022, Charles previously held roles such as Enterprise Technology Architect at Arrow Energy Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included creating business architecture artifacts and establishing data governance practices. As the Enterprise Architect Lead at The University of Queensland, Charles built enterprise architecture capabilities from the ground up, focusing on IT governance and transformation initiatives. Charles has also contributed to organizations such as UnitingCare Queensland, Tradway Import & Stock Liquidation, and Alumode Windows Pty Ltd, enhancing IT strategies and implementing ERP systems. With a Master's Degree in Information Technology Studies from The University of Queensland, Charles brings a strong educational background and a wealth of expertise in IT architecture and consulting.
