Andre Oliveira has a strong background in research, development, and management roles in the technology industry. Andre started their career as a Researcher & Software Developer at PT Inovação and the Instituto de Telecomunicações from 2004 to 2007. Andre then joined Ubiwhere as a Technical Manager, where they worked from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Teacher at Universidade de Aveiro - ESTGA from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to ISA - Intelligent Sensing Anywhere, where they worked as an Innovation Project Manager until 2016. From there, they joined Cleanwatts in 2016 as a Research and Development Project Manager. Andre currently holds the position of Head of IoT at Cleanwatts since 2023.
From 1998 to 2004, Andre Oliveira attended Universidade de Aveiro and pursued a 5-year degree (Licenciatura) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.
