John Bruce has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Clearanswer Call Centres since May 2007. In this role, John oversees the IT department and maintains critical relationships with operational areas of the business, addressing various delivery, connection, service, and budget concerns. Prior to this position, John held several roles at Cherry Direct Marketing, culminating in the Head of Information Technology, and earlier worked as an IT System Administrator at both Asda and Cherry Direct Marketing. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in ICT & Business Analysis from the University of Bradford, completed between 2003 and 2006.
