Joshua G. has extensive experience in the field of information technology security. Joshua currently works at ClearDATA as a Security Operations Center Analyst, where they ensure the implementation of high-security standards for hosted offerings and supports day-to-day security operations and incident investigations. Previously, Joshua worked at FIS as an Information Technology Security Analyst, where they managed and responded to alerts from all security layers and ensured the efficiency and effectiveness of the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution. Prior to that, they worked at SAIC as a Tier 2 Systems Administrator, providing technical support and response and assisting customers with various IT-related queries. Joshua also has experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Eckerd Youth Alternatives and as an Information Systems Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they were responsible for maintaining computer systems, voice systems, and network infrastructure.
