Len Diplock

Len is responsible for leading CLEAResult in strategy, competitive analysis, financial planning, project management and M&A. Prior to joining CLEAResult, Len was Senior Vice-President of Strategy and Corporate Marketing at Canada Post Corporation, Canada’s postal operator and largest parcel delivery provider, where he led strategy, brand, enterprise risk and data & analytics. From 2005 to 2016, Len held several senior executive positions at Direct Energy with responsibilities including strategy, mergers and acquisitions and leadership of the rental water-heater business. Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a master’s in management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Len enjoys skiing, hockey and rowing and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the York School, an independent school in Toronto.
