Shahin Moghimi

Shahin Moghimi has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Shahin began their career in 2006 as a Student Researcher in the Dynamics and Modelling department at the Control Lab of Amirkabir University of Technology. In 2007, they moved to the Thermal & Control Software department as a Student Researcher. In 2009, they became a Simulation Engineer at Cranfield University. In 2010, they were a Control Development Engineer at Ceres Power. From 2013-2016, they worked as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Intelligent Energy. In 2016, they were a Lead Control Engineer at GE Energy Connections. In 2017, they were an Embedded/Control Software Engineer at Bladon Micro Turbine and a Freelance Embedded Software Developer/Engineer at SMGTECH LIMITED. In 2020, they were an Embedded Control Software Engineer at BAR Technologies. Currently, they are a Senior (Controls) Software Engineer at ClearMotion, where they are responsible for development and productionisation of active suspension embedded software for road vehicles, leading development of 48V mild hybrid system control strategy, and helping with achieving A-Spice, ISO26262 and ASIL-C production software compliance.

Shahin Moghimi obtained a BSc in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic between 2004 and 2008. Shahin then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Aerospace, Dynamics and Control from Cranfield University between 2008 and 2009.
