Renan Shigueo Ikemoto

Renan Shigueo Ikemoto serves as the Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Finance & Projects Director at ClearSale since April 2021, where responsibilities include establishing the Investor Relations department for the IPO process and overseeing corporate development, including the acquisition of Chargeback Ops for USD 4.2 million. Previously, Renan was an Equity Research Analyst at Banco Santander from December 2019 to April 2021, covering 12 financial sector companies and participating in three follow-on offerings. Additionally, from December 2009 to December 2019, Renan held the roles of Corporate Development Associate and Investors Relations Manager at Santander Brasil, focusing on M&A initiatives and maintaining investor communications. Renan completed an MBA at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and Universidad de Cantabria, and holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
