Robert Vale

Robert Vale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management roles spanning several decades. Currently serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer at ClearStar, Inc. since April 1995, Robert has been instrumental in the company's growth and strategic direction. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Department Manager for Loss Prevention Technical Support at UPS from 1988 to 1994 and was the Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Guard & Investigative Services in Newark, NJ from 1987 to 1988. Robert's foundational work experience includes serving as a Security Specialist - Security Controller in the United States Air Force from 1981 to 1987. Academically, Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Clinton Community College.
