Jane Battes

Jane Battes is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Clearstead since July 2015, Jane oversees all HR policies, procedures, and programs. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Human Resources at ACCEL Performance Group and Human Resources Manager at WEWS - NewsChannel 5, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. Earlier career contributions at Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company involved establishing the HR department, developing training programs, and strategic staff planning. Jane holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning & Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Capital University.
