Perla Houston has over 17 years of experience in customer service and legal operations. Since March 2016, Perla has held multiple roles at Clearwater Analytics, advancing from Legal Administrative Assistant to Legal Operations Lead. Prior to Clearwater Analytics, Perla worked at DIRECTV from November 2005 to March 2016, where responsibilities included being an Account Manager within the Office of the President, as well as roles in customer service and employee development. Achievements at DIRECTV include training peers, attaining bilingual certification, and being recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in various operational areas.
