Rachel Flanders

Rachel Flanders is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Cleaver-Brooks since December 2017. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Cleaver-Brooks, HR Program Manager at GTO Access Systems, LLC, and Senior Account Manager at GDKN. Rachel has also held positions at Knowledge Services, where duties included Program Manager and Program Specialist for the Government Managed Service Provider Program. Early career experience features corporate recruiting roles and supervisory positions with Norwegian Cruise Line, as well as an internship in human resource management at HCR ManorCare. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree in Communications and English from Western Michigan University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
