Scarlett Sticca

Scarlett Sticca is a highly experienced Talent Advisor currently working at Cleaver-Brooks and Advanced RPO since June and July 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Scarlett served as a Talent Advisor at U.S. Pipe and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Amerisafe Group. With a diverse background, Scarlett has also held positions in management and safety, including serving as Program Coordinator for the Respiratory Protection Program at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and as a Safety and Health Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where contributions led to significant improvements in corporate audit ratings and employee safety programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
