Damien Organ, PhD

Damien Organ, PhD has extensive experience in product design, research and development management. Damien began their career in 2009 as a Doctoral Researcher at NUI Galway, where they conducted research on the characteristics of highly innovative R&D environments. Damien then moved to Dublin Institute of Technology in 2014 as a Lecturer in Strategic Management. In 2015, they joined EUXCEL as a Product Design and Research. In 2017, they joined eSub as a Product Research and Design. Since 2018, they have been a UX Designer, Senior Product Designer and Director of Product Design at Cleeng. At Cleeng, they work with the product, design, and technical teams at each stage of the product development process to map core needs and identify key use cases.

Damien Organ, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Research and Development Management from the University of Galway in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Management from the same university in 2007-2008.
