Berinthia Allison

Berinthia Allison has extensive experience in human resources and academia, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Faculty Affairs Project Director at Clemson University since May 2005. Responsibilities include collaborating on faculty life-cycle projects and providing strategic HR guidance across thirty departments as an HR Partner for Academic Affairs. Previous positions include Benefits Counselor, overseeing retirement plan enrollment for new employees, and HR Generalist at Watermark Paddlesports, where onboarding and benefits management were key roles. Prior to that, Berinthia served as Human Resources Manager at Red Bone Alley, managing employee benefits and payroll for approximately 170 staff members. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Limestone College.
