Howard Murphy, PhD, FAcEM, CEM, NRP, is a seasoned expert in emergency management and homeland security with extensive academic and professional experience. Currently a founding member of Etimos Group, specializing in emergency preparedness training, Howard also serves as graduate faculty at Clemson University and an associate professor at Anderson University, where responsibilities include coordinating homeland security programs. Howard has held key roles such as Emergency Management Coordinator for Anderson County Sheriff's Office and Senior Homeland Security Analyst for Readiness Resource Group, contributing to major national security events.
