Richard Baldwin

Richard Baldwin is a Project Manager at Clemson University since September 2012, responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure for contracts with the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Previously, Richard served as an Air Defense Coordination Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard, representing the NCR-IADS Task Force to the Eastern Air Defense Sector. Richard has held multiple leadership positions within the Army National Guard, including First Sergeant and Resource Manager, focusing on operational support and soldier welfare. Additionally, Richard worked as a Sr Systems Integrator at Ahold Information Services from 1997 to 2003. Richard holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, completed between 1980 and 1997.
