Vivian Watson

Vivian Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Director of Training, Development and Retention at Clemson University since February 1988. In various roles at the university, including Director of Engagement and Retention and Director of Recruitment, Vivian has successfully led initiatives related to on-boarding, off-boarding, recruitment, classification, and compensation.
