Joe Millspaugh has extensive experience in land management and business development in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Land Manager at Clēnera since August 2022, Joe also holds the position of VP Land and Business Development at Armor Energy II, LLC since October 2021, after previously serving in a similar capacity at Armor Energy, LLC from July 2017 to October 2021. Joe’s earlier experience includes a role as Senior District Landman at Samson from September 2006 to May 2017. Joe Millspaugh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, attending from 1996 to 2001, and graduated from Cascia Hall Preparatory between 1990 and 1996.
