Karim Timer

Karim Timer has worked in various roles in the field of software engineering. Karim began their career at the University of Birmingham as a Summer Intern, where they helped create webpages for the university's website. After that, they worked as a Private Tutor, primarily teaching mathematics, in a self-employed role. In 2018, Karim joined BT as a Software Engineer, where they utilized agile methodologies and various technologies to build web applications. Karim then moved on to carwow, where they worked as a Software Engineer, starting as SDE I and advancing to SDE II. Currently, Karim is working at Cleo as a Backend Engineer.

Karim Timer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with an International year from the University of Birmingham, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. During their time at the university, Karim participated in a student exchange program at Korea University from 2015 to 2016, focusing on Mathematics. Karim furthered their education at the University of Birmingham by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2017 to 2018.
