Jasmine Showers

Jasmine Showers has extensive experience in visitor services and operations within cultural institutions. Since November 2011, Jasmine has served as a Visitor Services Associate at the Cleveland Museum of Art, where responsibilities include providing patrons with information about art collections and events, managing sales and membership accounts, and handling inquiries. Prior experience at the Great Lakes Science Center from July 2008 to July 2015 includes roles such as Operations Coordinator, Guest Services Supervisor, and Senior Guest Services Associate, focusing on event coordination, staff scheduling, safety training, and guest services management. Jasmine's educational background includes studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Ursuline College, along with involvement with the YWCA.
