Cleveland Public Library
Eric Herman is an experienced professional in capital project management and construction, currently serving as the Capital Project Manager at Cleveland Public Library since September 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Department Facilities Planner for the County of Los Angeles, focusing on libraries and parks, and as a Construction Manager at Vanir Construction Management, where Eric managed various school construction projects. Eric began a career in engineering as a Field Engineer with the Cleveland Hts Board of Education, overseeing design and construction of capital projects. Eric holds a LEED-AP qualification from USGBC, a degree in Construction Management from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
