Lynn Sargi has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to talent management and human resources. Lynn began their career as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at the Cleveland Foundation in 1986 and held this position until 2005. Following this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio from 2006 to 2011. Lynn then joined the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board as the Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Talent Officer at the Cleveland Public Library.
Lynn Sargi attended Woodridge High School from 1974 to 1977, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during that time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business at Notre Dame College. No specific dates are given for their time at Notre Dame College.
