Michael Young, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael started their career in 2003 at Target, where they worked as a Logistics Team Member for five years. In 2008, they joined the Cleveland Public Library and held various roles, including Marketing Assistant, Marketing & Web Manager, and currently, Director of Digital Content. Additionally, in the same year, they served as a Special Event Intern at the Alzheimer's Association, Cleveland Area Chapter. With their extensive experience in marketing, web management, logistics, and event coordination, Michael brings valuable skills and expertise to any organization.

Michael Young, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at John Carroll University from 2004 to 2008. Michael went on to pursue a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a general field of study at the same university from 2008 to 2009.
