Cleveland Public Library
Sherrill Marino is an experienced organizational performance and development professional currently serving as the Program Manager at Cleveland Public Library since July 2015. Prior experience includes roles in human resources and organization development at the Visiting Nurse Association from January 2009 to October 2014, and at STERIS from January 2004 to June 2008. Sherrill also contributed as a Board Member for The City Mission from 2008 to 2011, leveraging organizational development expertise to support the organization's strategic objectives. Earlier experience includes managing training and development at Marconi (formerly Reltec) from 1997 to 2002, focusing on change management for global system implementations. Sherrill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
