Andrei Barlahan, AHFI, CPC, MBA, serves as the Director of the Special Investigations Unit and Interim Compliance Officer at Clever Care Health Plan since April 2020, following a role as Program Manager focused on Fraud, Waste, and Abuse at Community Health Plan of Washington. Barlahan has extensive experience in managing fraud programs, ensuring compliance with state and CMS requirements, and developing investigative tools. Previous positions include Senior Analyst in the Special Investigation Unit at Molina Healthcare, where comprehensive investigations were conducted across multiple states, and internships at Kaiser Permanente and the American Cancer Society, gaining insights into healthcare administration and community health initiatives. Barlahan holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Brandman University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
