Sana Parkar

Sana Parkar is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as an HR Operations Associate at CleverTap since November 2023. Previously, Sana worked at Infidigit from October 2020 to November 2023 as an Assistant Manager - HR, focusing on talent acquisition, HRMS implementation, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, vendor management, documentation, grievance management, and learning and development. Earlier roles include Executive HR and Associate HR & Admin at Infidigit, and HR internships at Locobuzz and Syncopy Business Solutions, along with a brief internship at Big Bazaar - Future Retail. Sana holds an M.COM in Management from the University of Mumbai, an MBA in Human Resource Management from NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education, and a BMS in Marketing from Nagindas Khandwala College.
