Gary Pickering

Gary Pickering is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and commercial lending. Since January 2006, Gary has owned ClickMonster, a digital marketing company offering a wide range of services, and Hyak Financial, a commercial mortgage brokerage specializing in diverse lending solutions. Gary also has experience as the owner of 122 West Brewing Co. and previously held senior leadership roles in business banking at Skagit Bank and Key Bank. As the founder and president of Mindfly, a web development and hosting company, Gary established a strong foundation in technology and finance. Gary's career in banking began at US Bank, where various positions were held, culminating in the role of SVP & Market Manager. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Washington State University.
