Rodney Brouwer

Rodney Brouwer is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in various roles within the training and development sector. Currently serving as a Senior Training Facilitator at Clicks Group since November 2016, Rodney has previously held positions at Santam Insurance as a Training Administrator and a Product & Systems Training Consultant, where responsibilities included managing training artefacts, creating curriculums, and resolving learner and trainer queries. Earlier experience includes a six-month internship at Pep Stores as a Sales Assistant and Store Manager trainee, as well as event coordination for the SALOMON Featherbed Trail Run. Rodney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from TSiBA Education and a Practical Business Administration Certificate from Tsiba Eden, complemented by a strong foundation in Mathematics from Riviersonderend High.
