Lex Silverman

Lex (Cicola) Silverman is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Clientela Inc. since 2022. Prior experience includes a Management Intern role at Glen Oak Country Club, where responsibilities involved overseeing daily operations of the pool department and managing events. Lex also held the position of Campus Correspondent at Their Campus Media, leading the JMU chapter and ensuring active social media engagement. An internship with ARAMARK Higher Education involved Food and Beverage preparation and student service, while earlier experience as a Sales Manager at Retro Fitness included member outreach and payroll assistance. Lex holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from James Madison University, completed in 2018, following graduation from Sachem High School East in 2014.
