Kristyn Reed

Kristyn Reed is an accomplished professional with a robust background in food production and operations management, currently serving as Product Change Manager - Innovation and Commercialization Lead at Clif Bar since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations and Quality and Senior Product & Process Manager at Eclipse Foods, as well as Director of Manufacturing and Plant Excellence Manager at Primal Pet Foods. Kristyn also held the position of Operational Excellence Manager at Impossible Foods and managed production at Blue Bottle Coffee, overseeing multiple facilities on the West Coast. Additional roles include Production Manager and Food Technologist at Thistle, Packaging and Quality Manager at Fiscalini Farms, R&D Food Technologist at Sconza Candy Co., Management Trainee at Leprino Foods, and Dairy Products Technician at Cal Poly Creamery.
