Devika Kornbacher

Devika Kornbacher has an extensive background in law and engineering, having graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006 and a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Houston in 1998. Devika has held positions at various companies such as BP and Paragon Engineering Services before becoming a Partner at Vinson & Elkins, where Devika worked for over 15 years. Currently, Devika serves as the Co-Head of the Global Tech Group and Office Managing Partner in Houston at Clifford Chance since July 2022.
