Nishant Mishra is a seasoned compliance and audit professional with extensive experience in financial services. Currently serving as Regional Compliance Manager and Associate Director at Clifford Chance since May 2019, Nishant has previously held positions such as Compliance Manager for India and AVP of Internal Audit. Prior experience includes Assistant Director in Global Internal Audit at EY and Manager in Governance Risk & Operations at Grant Thornton India LLP. Nishant began a career as a Chartered Accountant Partner at Sharma Neha & Associates and has also been associated with Chaturvedi & Co. Nishant holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and further qualifications in Information Systems Audit and a Master’s degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School.
