Todd Rader

Todd Rader is currently the Aviation Manager and Chief Pilot at Cleveland Cliffs Inc., overseeing flight operations with the Challenger 650 business aircraft across North America and Europe since May 2022. Previously, Todd held positions as Captain for Executive Jet Management, Solairus Aviation, and Eaton, gaining extensive experience in operating various business aircraft including the CL-300, Falcon 900EX EASy II, and Falcon 50. Todd's aviation career began in the US Navy, where significant roles included Operations Officer for Combined Maritime Forces and Commanding Officer of the 8th Flying Training Squadron. Todd Rader holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Dayton.
