James Eni-Okosun has a strong background in quality assurance and engineering within the construction industry. After that, they pursued further education by completing a Masters of Engineering (MEng) in Civil/Structural Engineering at the University of Lagos from 2010 to 2011.

In 2018, James enrolled at Columbia University, where they completed a program in Construction Project Management (CCPM) from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they also obtained a certification in Certified Construction Project Management from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Aside from their formal education, James has acquired various certifications and training to enhance their professional skills. Notably, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through Udemy in November 2015. James also completed courses on Introduction to Project Management, Introduction to Risk Management, Leadership, Management and Entrepreneurship in the 21st Century, Quality Management System, Operations Management, and Fire Safety Training through different institutions and platforms.

Furthermore, James is a member of several professional organizations, including the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, the Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers, and the Nigerian Society of Engineers. James holds the designation of Affiliate Member at the Society of Engineers UAE.

Additionally, James has obtained certifications and recognition from industry-related bodies such as the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). James also received approval from the Dubai Municipality.
