Julien Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Julien is currently serving as the Pricing Director at Climate Impact X since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at S&P Global Platts for 15 years, holding various roles including Director of Asia Metals Pricing, Senior Managing Editor of Asia Agriculture, Managing Editor of Metallurgical Coal & Steel Raw Materials, and Associate Editor of Steel. Before joining S&P Global Platts, Julien was an Editor at Incisive Media for almost two years, focusing on France Unquote. Julien also worked as a Researcher at Control Risks for a brief period and started their career as an English Language Teacher at Geos Eikaiwa.
Julien Hall completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian & Politics from the University of Bath, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1998, they attended Lycee international de Ferney-Voltaire and obtained a Scientific baccalaureate.

Climate Impact X (CIX) is a global marketplace and exchange for quality carbon credits based in Singapore. Jointly established by DBS Bank, Singapore Exchange (SGX Group), Standard Chartered and Temasek, our goal is to build trust in existing credits, bring new credit types to market, and help scale the next wave of impactful solutions.
