Conner-Bennett Sharpe has a diverse work experience starting in 1997 as a University District Youth Center Program Manager at the Center For Human Services. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Grants and Contracts Specialist for the City of Seattle. In 2003, they became the Director of Seattle Youth Garden Works until 2006. In 2007, they worked as an Administrator at East Shore Unitarian Church. They then joined Climate Solutions in 2008, first as the Director of Administration and Finance until 2017, and then as the Director of Operations starting in 2009.
Conner-Bennett Sharpe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, General from The Evergreen State College, where xe attended from 1988 to 1992.
