Raphael Gavison

Raphael Gavison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and commercial management across various industries, including renewable energy and financial technology. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager for Projects at Climeworks since December 2023, Raphael previously co-founded Beyond Pay, a FinTech startup focused on enhancing financial wellbeing. With a strong background at Shell, including roles as Commercial Manager for offshore projects and Asset Manager for New Energies, Raphael successfully reduced project Capex and managed a diverse asset portfolio that consistently achieved high operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes strategic analysis at BHP Billiton and military service as an Infantry Battalion Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
