Amer Maroun is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project supervision and administration. Currently serving as a Construction Administrator at Cline Design Associates since February 2022, Amer has demonstrated a strong ability to manage construction projects within budget and time constraints. Previous roles include Project Supervisor at Peter Custom Homes, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project operations, coordinating activities, and ensuring alignment with design documentation. Prior experience includes positions at Charlotte Mechanical, Universal Chemical Industries, and Al Farman Construction Investment and Trading Company, showcasing skills in project coordination, procurement, and commercial management. Amer holds a degree in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and also possesses two Associate's degrees in Architectural Technology and Construction Management from Central Piedmont Community College.
