Cline Design
Jason Lettie, AIA, LEED AP BD+C is a registered architect and experienced project manager in the architectural industry. With a background in multifamily residential design, affordable housing, and senior housing, Jason has held various titles such as Partner, Principal, and Team Leader throughout their career. Jason has also worked with Sullivan Bruck Architects as an Intern Architect, focusing on custom single-family homes before joining Cline Design Associates, where Jason currently serves as the Practice Leader - Housing. Jason holds a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Miami University.

Cline Design was founded in 1989 in Raleigh, N.C. and has evolved the past 30+ years to over 100 employees, two offices – with a second in Charlotte, N.C. – and studios servicing architecture, interior design, FF&E procurement, landscape architecture, land planning, and branding.
