David Hagerman

David Hagerman is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Clinilabs since May 2025, David previously held the same title at X-Chem, Inc. from June 2023 to May 2025. David's career includes significant positions at Charles River Laboratories, where responsibilities spanned from Corporate Vice President of Finance to Senior Director of Finance. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Finance at PAREXEL and multiple senior finance positions at IBM, including Director of Finance - Business Transformation. David's professional journey began at Hamilton Soap and Oil Products as Financial Controller and COO, following experience as a Currency Trader at AIG and Drexel Burnham Lambert.
