Michael Selig is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in high-pressure environments. Currently serving as Senior Director of Hospitality at the Clinton Foundation since May 2009, Selig has successfully managed food and event operations, notably delivering over 718,000 meals during the Covid-19 pandemic and transforming the Clinton Center into a profitable venture. Prior to this role, Selig was Chef/Owner of Vermillion Bistro and Vermillion Water Grille, where operational leadership and innovative menu development enhanced the dining experience in Little Rock. Additional experience includes Executive Chef positions at Excelsior Hotel and Lansdowne Resort, as well as foundational work as a Sous Chef at Hyatt Fair Lakes Hotel. Selig holds an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and has a background in education from George Mason University.
